WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?  When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address.    

OPTIONAL Email marketing through Mail Chimp:  With your permission through signing up, we may send you occasional emails about our store, new products and other updates.    Fiber to Yarn does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

CONSENT When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction: verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, it is implied that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason.

DISCLOSURE We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SQUARESPACE.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.  Your data is stored through Squarespace data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. Data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT:  When ordering you have the choice of using direct payment gateway through Stripe to complete your purchase.  Information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).   Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

SECURITY To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. 

COOKIES Used for Performance And Analytics.   Cookies help analyze how our web site pages are being accessed.  This helps provide insights regarding the sites performance, such as page views, conversion rates,  device information, visitor IP addresses.    Opt Out. You can set your browser to not accept cookies.
