Shipping is calculated by dimensions and weight of the package. Real time standard shipping rates are applied when ordering.
If your shipping seems excessive leave a message when ordering so we can review the ship charge. This may be a problem if you are ordering items of different dimensions. Automation doesn’t understand humans can pack orders in one box or yarn, fiber, fabric can be pressed in small spaces….
In stock items and special orders under $300 are shipped from our location in Washington state. Ashford and Schacht equipment over $300 generally ship direct from the manufacturer. Brother tools will ship from Oregon.
Small orders that include Special Order items and In stock items, we will hold and ship the order complete.
Books only and you selected USPS ground shipping may be shipped USPS book rate mail.
Pattern orders only ship by first class mail, no tracking or insurance.

Shipments from Ashford, New Zealand Ship for the flat rate of $35. Free shipping if Over $300. Combine your order and Save!
If your Ashford special order shipping charge adds up to more than $35, leave a message when ordering to review the shipping.
Schacht and Ashford can not ship direct to a P.O. Box No Free Shipping It will need to ship through our location in Washington and reshipped to you.
Brother equipment is excluded from Free Shipping.

Schacht Wheels & Looms are made to order in Colorado. Normal Ship delay is 5 weeks to manufacture. Parts or small accessories generally ship within 3 weeks. 1/28/25 Schacht is experiencing extra delays in shipping. Follow link for details
Ashford air shipments take about a week - 10 days.
Brother Tools - Ground Shipping from the manufacturer in Oregon. Generally ships within 1 week.
If item is in our stock it should go out by next business day. Add Transit time, 4-10 business days for ground shipping.
USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1–3 business days transit time. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
If you require something ASAP contact us before ordering to confirm item is ready to ship.
