Cancellation or Returns

Cancellations only possible if your order has not shipped, cut or has not been ordered from the manufacturer where it is already in process. Bank transaction fees are non refundable, fee will be deducted from refund. 3% + 0.30. Contact us if you wish to cancel.

Sales Final  Special Orders, including Ashford shipments from New Zealand. Addi tools.  Partial yarn skeins, spun or re-carded fibers.  Cut to order products (Fabric, Binding).  Items subject to copyright laws:  Videos,  Books, Magazines or Patterns.   Spinning wheel, drum carder, weaving loom and all related accessories where the box has been unsealed or opened.

RETURN Authorization is Required.    contact us for return authorization.   

Return Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of 15% plus any shipping costs paid by Fiber to Yarn.

Shipping costs to return are paid by purchaser. In the case of items that shipped under a free or discounted shipping promotion, the shipping cost will be based on our actual cost to ship the item to you.   Shipping costs paid by Fiber to Yarn over the amount paid by you will be deducted from the refund.

When we receive item with return authorization in original, resalable condition you will be credited back to the method used to make the original payment.   You will receive a e-mail automatically when we issue the refund.   Refunds can take up to 10 business days for the banks to process before you see the refund on your account.   

Returns made without authorization, soiled, offensive smell (cigarette or chemical) OR damaged will not be accepted for refund.

Tools that are under manufacturer warranty contact the manufacturer regarding repairs or replacement.
