Ashford Wavy, stick & belt shuttles, Pick up Sticks, Tapestry Bobbins & Beater.
Stick Shuttles available in 6" - 48" lengths.
Belt Shuttle Used in inkle weaving is 7 inches long with a sharp edge for packing your weft.
Pick Up Stick Add texture and visual appeal to weaving. Pick up threads behind your heddle with the pick up sticks to create different sheds. Available in 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30 and 34 inch long. Stick width 1⅜ inches.
Shuttles are made from Silver Beech hardwood. Unfinished, recommend finishing with Ashford Wax or your favorite wood finishing product before using.
Wavy Stick Shuttles Create interesting and decorative patterns by beating the weft into place with our wavy shuttles. The shuttles have different size waves on each side and have a smooth lacquered finish.
Tapestry Beater is lacquered finished.
Boat Shuttles:
Beautifully shaped and well balanced, available in two sizes. Made from Silver Beech hardwood.
Lacquered finish. Bobbins pictured are made of nylon plastic type.
Purchase of Shuttle Includes 1 bobbin, recommend ordering extra nylon bobbins.
