Swaledale wool is a durable and strong fiber.  The fleece is light grey.  Perfect for hand spinning, hand felting and many other craft uses.  35-45 micron.  Length 100-200mm.  Sourced, Northern England.

Swaledale, primitive breed English wool breed. Light grey with nice black and white kemp gives this wool interest. Ideal for outer wear, tapestries or rug yarns.

Weights measured are approximate. I use a electronic digital scale that weighs to one tenth of one ounce. Due to humidity or the limits of my scale the weight could vary more or less.
